Shipping Policy

At Celestria, we ship worldwide so that everyone, no matter where they are, can bring the night sky into their home. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed, and delivery generally takes between 5 and 14 business days depending on your location, with most European orders arriving on the faster end and international orders sometimes taking a little longer due to customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, and we frequently offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues that are outside of our control.
