Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Celestria projector, but if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you're welcome to return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it's unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging. To start a return, simply reach out to our support team with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps. If your projector happens to arrive damaged or defective, just send us a few photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, no questions asked. Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
